We had an excellent evening watching one of our favorite comics. This was our first time to this comedy club. It was well organized, and signage was clear about where to go and what the next step was when entering. The staff checked us in and asked if it was our first time. They gave us the rundown and explained what we needed to know.
We purchased a package that included drinks and snacks. This was explained well by the excellent server we had. It was packed, but the vibe was relaxed. The drinks were good, but skip the pretzels. I don't have high expectations for food at a comedy club, so I give them a pass on this area. The popcorn was great.
Our service was excellent!! The server was attentive and kind.
Random things to note are that the ladies' room has only 3 stalls, so there was a wait. Parking was less than ideal. There's a small lot and the rest is on the street. But, these are just limitations of the building.
We are definitely going back!
It's not a bad little setup. Feels very intimate. The men's bathroom right next to the stage isn't great which is my biggest reason for giving it 4 stars
Jeff Acuri was awesome. Early arrival recommended for good seats, ticket upgrade for up-front seating was well worth it. Entrance to top floor by elevator only. Stairs in back used for exit only. The meet & greet with all the comedians, and staff-assisted photo op with Jeff, was a great finishing touch. Minimums apply. Wish they'd add 1 snack option that's easier for carry out – small enough to fit into a purse – like a chocolate bar with a Skyline card or branded trinket tied on with a bow.
Attended a comedy show here for the first time, and I will definitely be returning. Good selection of cocktails and beer.
Saw Christopher Titus there this past week. AWESOME show. The seating was a little odd, if your party didn't fill a table they sat singles around you, some people just don't vibe but other than that it was a great show
For the past 2 years or so, I have frequently attended comedy shows at Skyline. Frankly, I wish I had discovered this club sooner. During those shows, the staff provided excellent service, the snacks and drinks were delicious and reasonably-priced, and the comedians were absolutely hysterical. I also recently attended an open mic night, which is free to the public, and I had the best time! I genuinely cannot wait to attend more shows in the future. :)
Would be 5 stars but was a little stuffy and hot inside. No other complaints. Great show and a good time. Service was great, Chris Porter was awesome!
This whole experience was great. We visited from Minnesota and saw Jessica Kirson. Loved the beautiful location and it was walking distance from the downtown hotel we booked. The staff and general crowd was super friendly and easy to talk to. Good drinks, tasty food and a hilarious show! I would love to come back.
